Parking & Vehicle Enforcement is responsible for the enforcement of parking, business licensing and taxi regulations as well as the processing and administration of parking tickets issued in the City.

The fine for illegally using a designated Accessible Parking Space is now $300.00. Information concerning Accessible Parking Permits
3-hour resident parking permits are available to residents who provide proof of residency and vehicle ownership for the following streets only: Carswell Avenue; Concordia Court; Dalhousie Crescent; Eastwood Avenue; Herbert Avenue; Niagara Drive; Secretariat Place and Woodbine Place.
Permits allow for residents to park on-street for a maximum of 3 hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Applications for a residential parking hanger must be accompanied by a valid vehicle registration with current address and a driver's license and/or a utility bill to Service Oshawa, located on the first floor of City Hall at 50 Centre Street South.
