Throughout the year, over 100 different festivals and annual events are put on by various local groups. There's no better way to enjoy yourself than to take in a festival.

Oshawa Skating Club Ice Show	end March	The bi-annual club Carnival featuring Oshawa's own World Champion Donald Jackson and competitive members of the Oshawa Skating Club. Tickets available at Campus Ice Centre. Show Times at 7 pm. Adults $12 and Seniors/Children $9. at the Campus Ice Centre 905-432-2934.
Earth Day	late April	South Oshawa Community Centre. Take a tour of Pumphouse Marsh. prizes and give-a-ways, tree planting, free swimming. Free. 905-436-3892
Fiesta Week	late June	Presented by the Oshawa Folk Arts Council, this annual week-long Multicultural Festival of European, Asian and Caribbean cultures and foods. Starts with the Fiesta Parade on Father's Day, followed by the Fiesta Concert in Memorial Park. Sample food and entertainment at various pavilions located around Oshawa. $8 Adults, $4 Seniors and children 15 and older. Since 1972. 905-725-1624
Northern Anime Festival	mid July	This is our fourth Annual Japanese animation and culture show. Look forwarding to participating in panels, workshops and several other fun events like the masquerade and dance.
