This 1861 town hall also served as a market house, court house, and police station, and has been restored by volunteers back to its original splendor. The building houses period artifacts and journals depicting the history of the building and the City of Trenton. Call ahead for tours. [Town offices moved out in 1921, the course in the 1970s, and the police in 1985. The Market is in the waterfront parking lot on Front Street. ] Free admission.

Known for its superior acoustics, the Uxbridge Music Hall is a thriving cultural centre. It is widely used by theatrical groups such as the Uxbridge Players, Seventh Star Productions and the Uxbridge Musical Theatre, and by choral groups such as the Pineridge Chorus. The Music Hall is an outstanding example of our local heritage. This beautiful historical facility is climate controlled for year round comfort. It is a multi-use facility, ideal for theatrical productions, concerts, recitals and conferences, as well as dinners, wedding receptions, parties, meetings and seminars. The Market Hall Theatre is the home to The Market Hall Performing Arts Centre Inc. The theatre is a very flexible space, with the ability to be an intimate gathering for 50 people, or handling crowds of up to 350 quite comfortably. With 120 seats in tiered moving risers and 230 seats on the floor, the room can become anything the performance requires. is a 4,329-seat multi-purpose arena constructed in 1956, is the home of the Peterborough Petes and was named in honour of the many war veterans who came from the region. It is located at the east of the exhibition grounds at the corner of Lansdowne and George Streets. In 2003, the Memorial Centre was renovated adding 24 luxury box suites, improved concessions, a licensed restaurant, new seats, boards, scoreboard and the addition of air conditioning.
